Can't log into library databases
trouble using search engines

For the databases, are you using just your firstname.lastname as the username. The password is then your campus email/portal password. If you need to reset this, please follow these instructions:
Please reset your password by going to the Webmail login page and clicking on ‘Can’t access your account?’ or ‘Forgot my password.’ Resetting your email password will also reset your library database password. After resetting, you may need to wait about 15 minutes before trying to log in to the databases again.
If you are still having access issues, please call Campus IT or reply here and we’ll open a work order to follow up that this is getting resolved. While the larger issues is being taken care of, please send us any links or articles you’re trying to access and we’ll send you what we can directly to keep you up-to-date with your course.
