How long can I check materials out for?

The University of Saint Mary ID Card serves as the library card for all students, faculty, and staff.
- Regular Circulating Materials check out for the semester for students, faculty, and staff. Materials are due the Wednesday before Finals Week.
- Course Reserves check out for 2 hours in-building use or Overnight use.
- Interlibrary Loan material due dates are set by the lending libraries and can accrue fines for late return based on that library's policies.
- Non-circulating materials are only available for in-building use and include:
- Archives & Special Collections items
- Newspapers and Magazines
- Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, and other Reference Works
